The Woodhearth quest only starts in Greenheart, where it is given to you by the Wilderqueen. The Woodhearth quest is located in Greenheart If you don't have the Woodhearth quest, go there without it. All you need to do if you have the Woodhearth quest is go to Woodhearth you don't need to get back into Greenheart again. The Throne Tunnel is still there once you finish the Wilderking quest but you cannot use it. You're teleported though, during the Wilderking quest you take the Throne Tunnels to Greenheart. The problem is atm, there probs isn't enough fish on most esoc maps to make the water boom viable, but you can still abuse offshore support. Schooners are maybe a bit too strong if anything, or maybe france and ger should have it, idk, but that's not at all the main issue anyway. There should be more fish in esoc water maps, because the water boom in itself isn't a problem : it's just a boom, you can punish it.
